The Collective Mission.

Moving the tiny house movement forward from individual solutions for affordable housing into the building of resilient communities that address collective needs.

The Collective Vision.

Through education, advocacy, collaboration and partnership, we’re working to disrupt the housing status quo to create and build safe, inclusive, attainable and equitable communities.

We’re thinking big, but building small. We’re using tiny house communities as infrastructure for change -much needed change.

We believe:

  • tiny house communities are resilient and sustainable options for affordable and adaptable housing.

  • tiny house communities provide immediate housing inventory for critical missing middle housing.

  • tiny house communities challenge the status quo of conventional wealth and community building, housing and home ownership.

  • tiny house communities positively impact racial and economic inequities in housing which are exacerbated by current housing policies and practices.

  • tiny house communities offer reduced environmental impacts as tiny houses are eco-friendly, use fewer resources, produce less waste and consume less energy.

  • tiny house communities offer significant opportunities for more sustainable and livable communities.

  • tiny house communities foster economic growth, family and housing stability and make for happier, healthier people.

Who We Are.

We are a team with social good at our core, individually and collectively. We are conscientious and socially minded, with a desire to develop environmentally and socially responsible communities. We are community oriented, we serve and represent vulnerable, historically underserved and socially disadvantaged communities, because housing justice and representation matter.

Our collective expertise spans ten + years of tiny house design, building, dwelling, education, consulting, activism and advocacy; we are tiny house committed. We bring an unwavering commitment to quality and a collaborative process to each partnership and endeavor. We design and develop attainable collective communities that promote environmental resilience, sustainability, equity and inclusion.
