• investors and property owners interested in developing small, underutilized, and/or vacant and seemingly “undevelopable” urban properties

• homeowners interested in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs, granny flats, etc.)

• socially conscious churches, with surplus land and/or underutilized parking lots, interested in offering housing solutions for their local communities as land contributions or leases, rentals and/or sales

• entities seeking housing solutions for vulnerable, historically underserved and socially disadvantaged communities

• communities seeking solutions for special needs housing, seniors and aging-in-place
